Room Block Reservations (Contracted Group Rate of $189 USD/night):

Domestic Attendees:

Your reservation will be guaranteed with your personal credit card. To qualify for the special room block rate of $189 USD/night at the Crowne Plaza Crystal City, please call the reservations department at 1-800-227-6963 by Tuesday, September 16, 2025 and mention that you are part of the “AMC” room block. If you wish to cancel your hotel reservations, please notify the hotel at least 72 hours before your scheduled day of arrival or you may be billed for one night’s lodging and tax.

International Attendees:

Your airfare and hotel accommodations (Room & Tax) will be reserved and pre-paid for by the AMC ODMC.

Please complete a Travel Request Form as per the “Travel” tab of online logistics so that BOTH airfare and lodging arrangements can be made for you. Lodging will be reserved based on your final airfare itinerary and only for the lodging nights that are AMC meeting-related.

The AMC ODMC will be emailing you a hotel confirmation number as soon as your lodging reservation has been confirmed with the hotel.

Although the AMC ODMC will be pre-paying for your hotel accommodations (Room & Tax), a valid credit card and photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in to cover any incidental charges. If you do not have a valid credit card, please contact Jessy Romero (JRomero@emmes.com) in advance of the meeting to make arrangements for check-in.

Complimentary Airport Shuttle

The Crowne Plaza Crystal City offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Details are below:

  • Shuttle Hours of Operation: 4:30 AM – 11:30 PM.
  • Guests must call the hotel directly when at baggage claim (or when getting off the plane if there is no baggage pick-up). To contact the Hotel:
    ▪ Call the Front Desk at +1-703-416-1600 – using personal phone. 
    OR 
    ▪ Locate the “Ground Transportation” area in arrivals. You will find multiple complimentary phones. Follow instructions on the touch screen to locate Crowne Plaza Crystal City and to phone the hotel directly.
  • Major airline pick-up areas are listed below. Be sure to get on the “Crowne Plaza Washington National” Shuttle.

Parking:

  • The Crowne Plaza Crystal City Hotel is offering parking for meeting participants at a special discounted rate of $20 + tax per day.  
  • If you are not lodging at the hotel, please stop by the front desk to pay for your parking at the special discounted rate and have your parking ticket validated prior to exiting the gate in the garage.  Note: If you do not pay at the front desk, the gate will charge the standard $40 parking fee.
